Design
A design is a plan or specification for the construction of an object or system or the implementation of an activity or process, or the result of that plan or specification in the form of a prototype, product, or process.
The verb to design expresses the process of developing a design. In some cases, the direct construction of an object without an explicit prior plan (such as coding, and graphic design) may also be considered to be a design activity.

Development hell and development limbo are media and software industry jargon for a project, concept, or idea that remains in development for an especially long time, often moving between different teams, or studios before it progresses to production, if it ever does.
Projects in development hell are usually not released until development has reached a satisfying state worthy of being released, ready for production. Overcoming this issue takes a lot of experience and great communication skills between professionals.
